Sonoma County Wildfire & Earthquake Expo - Simulation Training Day
The Sonoma County Wildfire & Earthquake Expo is a free, family-friendly event dedicated to helping our community prepare for wildfires and earthquakes. Held on April 25, 2026, at the Sonoma County Event Center, the disaster simulation is a training exercise for first responders to work on their life-saving skills.
Volunteers are needed to participate as “victims” in a simulated disaster, as well as assist with makeup, setup, and strike. This training supports real-world emergency response practice. Volunteers needed from approximately 8:30am-1:30pm.
