Empowering Leaders Who Power Volunteers

Volunteers are at the heart of every thriving nonprofit, and effective volunteer managers make it all possible. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned professional, Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) provides the tools, training, and connections you need to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers successfully.

As the Bay Area affiliate of Points of Light, CVNL strengthens volunteerism across Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma Counties through leadership development, training, and coordination with local governments and nonprofit partners.
