Through Volunteer Services, CVNL connects nonprofits with people who have the skills and passion to make a difference. Our volunteernow.org platform—powered by HandsOn Connect and Salesforce—makes it easy for individuals, families, groups, and businesses to find opportunities, register, and track service. This streamlined system saves time for nonprofits and fosters stronger connections between volunteers and the causes they support.
As the Points of Light Affiliate for the North Bay and the designated Emergency Volunteer Center for Marin, Napa, Sonoma, and Solano Counties, CVNL plays a vital role in mobilizing volunteers during both everyday service and times of disaster. We also build capacity through peer networks, trainings, and consulting in volunteer management, community engagement, and disaster preparedness—strengthening the resilience and impact of local organizations.
