Bilingual Remote Housing Support
Program Overview
The Catholic Charities Shelter and Housing programs in Napa are on the front lines of tackling homelessness in the North Bay. In partnership with Abode Services, our facilities operate with a housing first approach. With this methodology, we ensure that people get their primary housing needs met first. From there, we assist in providing steps toward food security to healthcare, to help them remain in housing and achieve long-term stability.
Position Details
As a bilingual administrative support volunteer for the Napa shelter and housing program, you will call clients and confirm and collect information about housing programs and various forms of assistance. If you are gifted in administration and enjoy helping others through phone outreach, this position is for you. We offer a flexible schedule with opportunities to work in office if desired or totally remotely. Must have basic Office 365 skills.
