Thursdays in Guerneville -medical recycling volunteers
Do you enjoy helping seniors, or have an interest in medical equipment? Volunteers needed who can commit to once or twice a month on Thursdays, 9:45am - 12:15pm in Guerneville. MERP (Medical Equipment Recycling Program) collects and gives away gently used medical equipment and home care supplies. Our main location is in Santa Rosa, but we now have a smaller satellite location in the back parking lot of the Russian River Senior Resource Center in Guerneville. Volunteers are primarily outdoors and on their feet (in a gorgeous setting), assisting customers who want to give us medical equipment and supplies, or who are looking for free items such as wheelchairs, walkers, adult diapers, etc. Closed on federal holidays and in extreme weather. www.sonomamerp.com 707-353-3416
