Join us at the Caritas Center in downtown Santa Rosa to help out as a Volunteer Receptionist! The receptionist is the first point of contact for individuals seeking services through Catholic Charities. They are responsible for creating a warm, safe, and respectful atmosphere for clients accessing our homeless Drop-in Center, Family Center, and case management services. This role requires excellent communication skills, compassion, professionalism, and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds using a trauma-informed approach.
Shifts are Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 12PM and 1PM-5PM. We encourage volunteers to commit to one shift per week. All receptionist volunteers will receive training, resources, and support from Catholic Charities staff members. Come serve your community in the heart of Santa Rosa!
