Join us for a fun, meaningful week at UCPNB’s Bike/Swim Camp at Sonoma State University!
This unique instructional camp helps children and young adults with disabilities learn how to ride bikes and build water safety skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Dates: June 15–19
Location: Sonoma State University
Schedule: Flexible shifts available, Full camp day runs from 9:30am-2:15pm
What You’ll Do:
- Be paired 1:1 with a camper as their “buddy”
- Support them in bike riding and water activities
- Help keep campers safe, engaged, and having fun
- Encourage confidence, independence, and inclusion
No experience required!
You don’t need to be a certified instructor—just bring a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
Who Should Volunteer:
- Teens (14+), college students, and adults
- Anyone interested in education, recreation, therapy, or nonprofit work
- People who enjoy being active, outdoors, and making a difference
