What Volunteers Will Do
Faith in Action Solano is looking for caring adults to help seniors who are no longer able to shop on their own. Volunteers assist with grocery shopping and basic errands.
Volunteers will:
- Shop for groceries or run errands for seniors
- Work directly with the senior to create a shopping list
- Coordinate shopping times that work for both the volunteer and the senior
Important: Seniors pay for their own groceries and purchases. Volunteers do not cover costs.
Common Errands May Include
- Grocery shopping
- Pharmacy pick‑ups
- Essential household items
