Who We Are
We’re not a classroom. We’re not a gym. We’re not just a place to hang out.
Fairfield PAL Teen Center is a free after-school and summer space where teens ages 13–18 can play, lead, learn, compete, reset, and belong.
From boxing gloves to game controllers, basketballs to career conversations, PAL uses recreation to open the door to something bigger: confidence, connection, leadership, and real-life skills.
We serve teens from Fairfield, Suisun, Travis AFB, and nearby communities — especially young people who deserve more access to safe, fun, supportive spaces built just for them.
At PAL, teens don’t have to have it all figured out. They just have to walk in.
What We Do
We create the kind of place teens actually want to walk into — then we fill it with people, programs, and opportunities that help them grow.
At PAL, teens can play basketball, join boxing, compete in e-sports, volunteer, learn life skills, talk with trusted adults, build leadership skills, explore careers, and just be themselves in a safe, supportive space.
Everything we do starts with connection. A game becomes teamwork. A class becomes confidence. A conversation becomes support. A fun afternoon becomes one more reason a teen believes they belong.
That’s what we do: we use fun to build futures.
