Volunteer Phone Support Needed
The JCFC is seeking volunteers for phone support to help us stay on top of the increased demand for our services. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and bilingual Spanish-English is an added plus. Scheduling is flexible. The role entails checking voicemails, logging messages, making callbacks, and answering phones to make appointments and provide general information over the phone. Join our team of dedicated volunteers to provide equitable care to anyone in need!
