Sonoma County Human Race - Packet Distribution Volunteers Needed - Friday 5/12!!
The Human Race takes place May 13th – we will be holding a distribution day for race participants, team captains, and beneficiary organizations to pick up their race packets (bibs w/ attached timing chip and t-shirts). We will need assistance distributing these materials and keeping an accurate record.
Responsibilities:
· Help set up the space and organize materials alphabetically prior to the beginning of packet pickup
· Attend a 30 minute training session to learn the distribution process – this will start immediately prior to packet pickup
· Ensure correct race packet is distributed to all participants
· Keep accurate record of who has picked up their materials as they are distributed
· Bring your energy and community spirit!
Time Commitment: Friday May 12th,
Shifts are: 9:00am -11:30 am, 11 am -2:30pm and 2- 5:30pm, & 5 - 7 pm (includes a training)
