Thrift Store Volunteers
We are looking for some volunteers to help us fill several different roles at our thrift store, Pick of The Litter Thrift & Gift. Our store helps support our mission at Forgotten Felines of Sonoma County. We ask for 1-4 hour shifts at a time, and many roles have flexible schedules. We do ask for a 6 month commitment once you start, and we hope and encourage volunteers to stay much longer than that. Volunteering at POL is perfect for those looking to an integral part of a team, like thrifting, treasure hunting, and most importantly, they want to help save the lives of vulnerable cats in our community. Age: 16+ If you can get to the store independently, and if you do not need a parent, mentor, or guardian with you. Our volunteers & staff are running a retail business and each person needs to be responsible to be a part of that. Standing, lifting (not "heavy"), walking, bending, and the use of hands & fingers is required. We also require proof of vaccination against Covid-19.
