Do you love cooking, creating short-form videos, or telling stories through social media?
Whether you're an experienced content creator or looking to build your portfolio, Kids Cooking for Life (KCL) would love to have you on our volunteer social media team.
For more than 17 years, Kids Cooking for Life has empowered children from underserved communities throughout the Bay Area through hands-on cooking classes that teach nutrition, healthy eating, and lifelong cooking skills.
Our programs are offered in schools, recreation departments, and after-school programs.
Recipe Reel Creator
Help bring our recipes and mission to life by creating engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities include:
- Filming step-by-step recipe demonstrations.
- Editing engaging short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar software.
- Adding captions, music, and visual effects to optimize content for social media platforms.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure videos align with KCL's mission and brand.
Onsite Photographer:
Capture photos and videos at classes and events that showcase the impact of our programs and provide content for our social media channels and marketing materials.
