Rachael McDavid, the Nonprofit Resource Specialist at the Volunteer Center has helped to develop Volunteer Solutions for Sonoma County. With a Masters degree in Organization Development, Rachael has an understanding of technical and social systems analysis as well as strong facilitation skills. While managing multiple volunteer programs that include episodic and long term volunteers, Rachael has a good grasp on what Volunteer Managers need to recruit the right people.
